1.5mm x 60° Serrated Chuck Jaws from SharkTools to Provide You with Maximum Grip. SharkTools brings you 1.5mm x 60-degree serrated chuck jaws for enabling your machining chucks to deliver maximum performance. These jaws can be considered general-purpose clamping components for your machines. The serration of the chuck jaws provides a high level of friction while clamping, and thus, they ensure that there is no slipping between the parts. Moreover, you get more control during the applications and, therefore, greater performance and results. The jaws are available in square-nose and pointed-nose types. The SF-series square-nose type jaws come with a 6-inch to 12-inch chuck size, and their groove size varies from 0.472 inches to 0.827 inches. Their dimensions range from 3 x 1.5 x 1.25 inches to 5.5 x 2 x 2 inches. Moreover, they come with a screw size starting from 10 mm to 16 mm, and the hole spacing of various jaws in the SF series ranges from 0.787 inches to 1.181 inches. The SP-series pointed-nose models have a chuck size of 4 inches to 12 inches. Their dimensions vary from 2 x 1.5 x 1 inches to 5.5 x 2 x 2 inches. Their range of groove size is from 0.394 inches to 0.827 inches, and their screw size varies from 8 mm to 16 mm. Besides, the SP-series jaws come with hole spacing varying from 0.551 inches to 1.181 inches. SharkTools’ high-quality jaws are made of 1018 mild steel, and thus, they exhibit a balance of toughness, ductility, and strength, which adds to their reliability and durability.
