Features

    Chamfered on both faces for versatile starting and finishing of threads: one face with a 2 to 3 thread chamfer, the opposite face with a 1 to 1-1/2 thread chamfer for threading close to a shoulder.

    Fine pitch adjusting screw controls the gap between die halves, enabling precise thread size during setup and final pass.

    Beveled slot design allows the adjusting screw to be removed when mounted in a machine holder; subsequent adjustment is performed by the holder’s screws.
