Features

    High Speed Steel construction provides wear resistance during threading operations.

    Chamfered faces on the die: one side has a 2 to 3 thread chamfer for standard threading, the opposite side has a 1 to 1-1/2 thread chamfer for threading close to a shaft shoulder.

    Fine pitch adjustment screw that moves the die sides apart or allows them to spring together for precise thread depth.

    Beveled slot design enables removal of the adjusting screw when mounted in a machine holder, facilitating screw-free adjustment via the holder’s screws.

    Specifically suited for metric threads with a 1.75 mm pitch and applications requiring close-to-shoulder threading.
