The CEMB DUAL MATIC is a super-automatic electro-hydraulic heavy-duty tire changer designed for truck, bus, tractor, agricultural, earthmoving, and other large commercial wheels. Built for demanding professional service environments, its dual-carriage design independently controls the spindle and tool arm to simplify wheel positioning and speed up mounting and demounting operations.

The hydraulic self-centering chuck uses four extended jaws to securely clamp rim sizes from 11 in. to 46 in., with capacity up to 60 in. when equipped with the appropriate optional extensions. DUAL MATIC is engineered to handle extremely large wheels up to 100 in. in diameter, 59 in. wide, and weighing up to 5,070 lb.

A fully hydraulically controlled tool-holder arm provides automatic lifting and rotation, while the oversized 4 in. arm structure is designed for strength and rigidity under heavy loads. A low-voltage portable control console places the primary controls within easy reach and includes standby and emergency-stop functions for safer operation.
