It is designed for turning operations requiring fine control over feed and depth. This insert is optimized for ISO material group N, non-ferrous metals. Its positive rake geometry and continuous cutting suitability make it ideal for finishing and semi-finishing applications in non-ferrous materials, providing smooth cuts without interruption. Interrupted cutting is not recommended due to the positive rake and chipbreaker design.
