These parameters enable robust general cutting operations with a focus on medium to heavy material removal rates. It is optimized for ISO P20-P25 steel grades, making it ideal for roughing and interrupted cuts on steel workpieces. The negative rake chipbreaker and 80° diamond shape provide excellent edge strength and stability, suitable for shoulder turning and facing in rigid setups but not recommended for precision finishing or profiling.
