All of the Precision ER Collets and Sets from Shark Tools are Perfect for the Clamping of Your Tool Parts. Shark Tools designs precision ER collets to deliver the best performance, and therefore, all collets are thoroughly inspected for quality and accuracy in every stage of their production. The collets come with a total indicated runout (TIR) of 0.0002 inches. Also, for extreme concentricity, they are provided with a true double angle. Also, the collet angle provided is 8 degrees. The clamping range for all models is 0.039 inches, except for the 1/16-inch models for which it is 0.020 inches. Moreover, they are readily compatible with collet series such as RD, ESX, DR, BR, and AR. Shark Tools offers the ER spring collets as both sets and individual pieces. The series available in sets are ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, and ER40, and the number of pieces included in each are 10,12, 16, 18, and 13, respectively. At the same time, according to your requirements, you can also purchase the collets as individual pieces. Shark Tools offers a whole collection of Precision ER collets for you to choose from.
